Algier(the pale one) and Cerris (with the '05' tattoo) in a little cuddle~
Two of the first characters I created when I started drawing anime.
And yes, they are a couple, so what? Gay? Yeah, so? Lemme tell ya something, love goes beyond gender.

And in the dawning of a new personal era, one loses themself within the torrent of an emotional battle to stride foreward with perserverance and such a force that those who seek to dissuade them know to not interfere lest they be cast aside from the path.

And Im on the Hunt for Roosters~
I guess I'm a little to the young side to start talking about this stuff, but I firmly believe that gender has nothing to do with love.
I like the drawing. I guess what might be something that could be "fixed" or changed in here is probably Algier might be equal...i don't mean he's not. i just mean not leaning on his shoulder. IT makes him seem a bit smaller.
the other thing is, I thought maybe taking out the wings - though they're nice.
anyway, this is just a start, so great start! very realistic and there is a "soft" feeling here.
lovely coloring and musculature/anatomy... and yes - gender, when it comes to love, should not be a constraint. in a perfect world, we would all be pansexuals X3
::screech of joy:: oh my god, this is so gorgeous...the shading is awesome, especially on their hair [i've got a thing for shiny hair] and their muscles are perfectly drawn and shaded. their expressions are very well-done, too; they both look so content +fav

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
